Refund Policy

As per the Amazon website terms, this item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. Start your return through your Amazon account portal for a simple and easy return process.

Ship the product back to Spreetail with all original parts. Once received, Spreetail will process your refund.
